As TWA's managing member, Mr. Tarbell leads TWA's development efforts throughout California and Canada. With over 4,500 units in planning, Mr. Tarbell handles entitlement efforts and brings in funding through capital groups and large developers such as Hines, The Related Companies, and The Richman Group.
Mr. Tarbell has 32 years of experience in various aspects of the sale and development of residential real estate. Mr. Tarbell has served as the President of Tarbell Investment Equities (“TIE) a real estate investment company that has structured investment and development transactions in excess of Seven Hundred Million Dollars.
Mr. Tarbell is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (1981) and Master's Degree in Business (1996). He sits on the board of the Los Angeles Housing Partnership, a 501 C-3 corporation that was established in 1989 to provide affordable housing to the residents of Los Angeles. To date, the housing partnership has acquired, developed, and rehabilitated and manages approximately 1,200 units.

Scott Watt founded Scottfield Building Corporation at the age of 21, a company that built more than 10,000 residential units and a shopping center during its six year history. In 1976, Scott returned to the Watt family of companies to serve as senior vice president of forward planning. Seven years later, as president of Watt Investment Properties, he completed $50 million in office buildings, shopping centers and industrial buildings. In 1986, he became president of W & B Builders, parent to several Watt subsidiaries. Under his leadership, the division completed more than a million square feet of commercial and industrial properties during a three year span.
Scott is currently President/CEO of the Watt Group of companies which with its subsidiaries, is developing five master-planned communities and building over 3,000 houses per year. Additionally, Watt Group along with its partner Watt/Centro now manages over 400 shopping centers and over 50 million square feet of retail shopping centers throughout the U.S.
Scott is a graduate of the University of Southern California, and holds a Master’s Degree in Education with an emphasis in counseling from the University of Miami. He is currently a member of the University of Southern California (USC) Associates Board of Directors, the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate Executive Committee, the USC School of Business Advisory Board and a member of the USC Alumni Executive Board of Governors.

Mr. Allred is on the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Diego and is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Mike Angelo is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in real estate, data and analytics, and financial services. He is an expert in identifying market trends and providing insightful analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Mike began his career at Insight Global - a technology recruiting company, where he quickly developed an understanding of the technology segment, and comprehensive knowledge of business operations across multiple industry verticals. Over time, Mike's focus expanded to include real estate, while recognizing the importance of using data to drive business decisions. Mike’s employer Black Knight, a subsidiary of Fidelity Title, provides real estate and mortgage companies with “best in class” software, data and analytics solutions. This includes title, public records data (Residential and CRE), portfolio analysis, mortgage performance data, capital markets etc. Mike has a proven track record of working with complex data sets and turning them into actionable insights. Mike has also worked extensively in financial services, where he has developed a deep understanding of the financial markets and the factors that drive investment performance. While at EFFI Finance, Mike worked with clients to develop financial operations strategies tailored to their size and industry domain. This included financial statement analysis, industry analysis, leadership analysis, asset analysis, business banking, and CRE Lending. Throughout his career, Mike has been recognized for his ability to work collaboratively with clients to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. He is known for his strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Mike holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he also played football.
