TWA Communities and The Richman Group have teamed up to construct 533 units over a redeveloped Toyota of Hollywood dealership. This project utilizes the California State Density Bonus and the development team is currently in the process of submitting entitlements. SVA Architects is working on the project.
TWA Communities and Hines are planning 272 apartment units on top of a new Volkswagon showroom and service center. Additional retail will be constructed on the ground floor. TCA Architects has been tapped for the project.
TWA’s managing member, Rick Tarbell, is a co-managing member of the ownership entity that owns the 27-hole, 200 acre Riverwalk Golf Course in the Mission Valley area of San Diego. 9 holes will be redeveloped with 4,000 apartment units, 250,000 square feet of retail shops and stores, and 1,000,000 square feet of office with a regional park. The projected build out value will be in the $1 billion range.
TWA Communities is working with the landowners to secure entitlements for two 13-story towers with 145 units and a 66-unit extended hotel component.
The BMW dealership will be redeveloped by TWA Communities and Hines with 503 apartment units in three separate buildings. Retail space on the ground floor will be provided along with parking for BMW.
